Registration and User Account

Why do I have to register?

Registration has many advantages and is necessary to be able to use AzClassifiedAd.com to the full extent and gain access to your “My Account” account section. When you register, you can post your own ads and save ads to your favorites list. You can also rate other users, access the messaging center to send and answer questions, and much more.

We also need your email address to keep you updated about your ads and inform you of messages from other users.

How can I create an account?

Registering on AzClassifiedAds.com is free. Creating an account just takes a few steps. Click on “Register” in the top-right corner of the page. Then click fill-up the form. There you can register with either your email address or your Facebook or Google+ account. If you register with your email address, you will then need to confirm your email address and create a username and password.

What can I do if I forget my password?

To reset your password, click on “Log in” then on the pop up click on "Lost your password?" and enter your email address. We will then send you an email with a link that allows you to enter a new password. In the future, you can use your new password to log in.

How can I change my password?

Please log into your account by clicking on “Login” in the top right corner of the page. Then go to “Personal Home” and hover "Setting" below. Please type in your new password and click on the "Update" button.

What are my Favourite Ads and how can I use it?

My Favourite Ads is another free service for our users. It allows you to save ads that you find interesting and review them at a later time. To add classified ads to your list of favorites, simply click on the heart (Save) beside the ad. A second click on the star/button will remove the ad from your favorites list. You can manage your favorite ads under your account "Favourite ads".

Posting an ad

How do I post an ad?

Posting ads to AZClassifiedAds is quick, easy, and free. Just click the “Post Free Ads” button in the top-right corner of the page and then follow the subsequent instructions.

An ad should include a convincing title and a detailed description. You can upload up to 5 images to your ad. If you don’t have an account yet, be sure to confirm your email address so that your ad can be brought online.

What should I do when I can’t find a fitting category for my ad?

Please choose a category that would best accommodate your ad. If you think this category should be listed on AZClassifiedAds.com, please send us your suggestion using our contact form. We’d be happy to add it to our list.

How can I include images in my ad?

Log into your account, go to “My Ads”, and click “Edit” next to the respective ad click next to see the "Photos" tab. You can upload up to 5 images to your ad. Here are the steps:

  • Click “Browse ...” and select an image saved to your computer
  • Click “Upload” to upload the selected image to your ad

You can repeat this process for up to 5 images in JPEG/GIF/PNG format and with a maximum size of 500 KB per image. Please consider our Terms of Use when selecting an image.

Can I use HTML tags or URLs in my ads?

AZClassifiedAds.com allows HTML (limited) and linkable URLs in only premium ads on the site. However, if your ad only consists of links it will not be accepted. Furthermore, you are not allowed to link to other classifieds sites, even if it is only to bring attention to another ad.

Can I post an ad in multiple locations?

AzClassifiedAds.com is designed for local trading. Please post your ad in your own city or the closest city in the area.

If you want to post in several cities or even nationwide, you now have the possibility to purchase Premium Features that will increase the reach of your ad.

Can I post multiple ads?

You're allowed to add 5 ads per day, Different titles, different pictures, the different purposes of ads, we don't allow the same ads to be added several times at the same time.

Why have I not received a confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, then please check your spam folder. If you can’t find the email there, please contact us via our Contact form.


How do I place an ad?

It's very easy to place an ad: click on the button "Post free Ads" above right.

What does it cost to advertise?

AZClassifiedAds.com is absolutely free. No hidden costs arise with the creation, modification, usage, or deletion of an ad. All features are completely free. However, for a small fee, you have the option to add Premium Features to your ad.

If I post an ad, will I also get more spam e-mails?

Absolutely not because your email address is not visible on the website.

How long will my ad remain on the website?

In general, an ad is automatically deactivated from the website after 3 months. You will receive an email a week before D-Day and another on the day of deactivation. You have the ability to put them online in the following month by logging into your account on the site. After this delay, your ad will be automatically removed permanently from the website.

I sold my item. How do I delete my ad?

Once your product is sold or leased, log in to your account to remove your ad.
